Let me know if you need help.  I put on my Bazzaz and a few other mods and would be happy to help.

hey bro, I might still have my manual. I'll see if I can find it. And as far as mapping goes.. Without a Dyno, you're limited to the maps they have on the powercommander website. I found a good one for mine, but then again.. It can get alot better if i had access to a dyno. lol

Thanks. however after i inspected the item and googled a installation manual i realized there might be some wires missing (of course), especially the crank pick up coil connector. i need someone to look at it with me, but im working until sunday. thanks for the help.

PC installed and mapped with the help of Zach. It was actually simple, only 2 connectors and a ground. Muzzy dosent have a map for dynojet so i am running the akrapovic map, it runs alot smoother than before, but Zach recommended called dynojet and asking which is the more similar system to muzzy. Once someone gets a dyno set up i might get a custom map made. So hopefully this will fix all the issues.

A full custom map from CCHD will set you back 200-400 depending on complexity, but they do a damn good, damn thorough job.  But I only have Harley experience there.

probably run a 2 bros map if there is one...muzzy and 2 bros both have big open exhaust.

Thanks. I was wondering which is similar-here are the options. Level one, akro, m4, yoshi, Micron, ti-force, kerker, hindle, arrow. All those are full exhaust. They have a two bro but its a slip on not full.

So I took the bike on a long ride today and everything was fine for the first couple hours but then the cut out and backfire happened again. It bucks, then shuts off, I'll put in neutral and in a few seconds it will start again, smoke a little, blow a fire ball out, and then it's ok. It seems like there is gas not being burned that builds up then clogs something then it burns out in exhaust. I guess I'll keep reaserching and changing maps. Suggestions are always appreciated,im getting frustrated.....

Ok so went through about 5 different maps, most had too much air or fuel in the mixture and it would buck and cut off, some had flat spots and it just wouldnt ride smooth. But now im using the m4 highmount map and it seems to work fine. This sun and mon i rode through about 3 tanks worth of gas and gave it alot of hell :punk: with no issues or cut offs, all gears smooth. Until i get a custom map this will work. Finally. Oh also found out they repaved about half of the historic hawthorne highway, great road! ;D
