Anyone a computer pro? Semi pro?

I need to wipe my computer and add some memory and/or a video card. My computer is old so neither the memory or video card is anything special but it will be all I need to play some older games with my son.

The computer uses 266 mz ddr ram and an old agp card would work. Was hoping I( could find the windows disc so I could wipe the computer but no luck.
