Pangai Noon- Hi all! Remember ALL Classes are FREE this week for anyone who wants to try this style on for size! Classes are available Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri at 3:30 and 7:30. There is a Parent & Child class available Wed at 4:15. If you are interested in trying any or all of these classes please contact me at tallyfamilymartialarts@gmail.com!

I'm going to tomorrow's  730 class and taking my daughters also. Kids can be a mature 13+ to get in adult classes.

Getting tired of sitting in front of the tv, Facebook, and letting the kids fall into the pattern as well.

Life is too short and free is free to try it out!?!?! Nothing to loose here!

Funny story.......I used to be a 1st degree black belt in competitive Tae Kwon Do

Martial arts are great, I could literally almost kiss my own butt, I was so flexible. Serious cardio workout too. I'm doing yoga (laugh it up, I know you are), trying to work out these kinks all in my body.

Bull**** story.......I used to be a 1st degree pink belt in competitive Tae Kwon Do when I was 6 years old and skinny:lol:

Martial arts are great, I could literally almost kiss my friends butts, I was so flexible back then, I still have the pics to prove. Serious cardio workout too. I'm doing an all over 60 female hot yoga class (laugh it up, I know you are), trying to work out these kinks all in my body.

$hit I'm so sorry guys I thought I had hit notify for this topic and apparently I didnt! The fee is $100 a month and that gets you 2 classes a week so it works out to be 10 bucks a class which imo is pretty flippin reasonable, I'm getting all the benefits (im not looking to be ripped) of a gym plus learning a lot of great things. If you enroll with more than one person the second and so on drops to 80 a month.

Everything is on the website at www.tallyfamilymartialarts.com

I've been to two classes so far with my two daughters and we are all hooked. That's why I haven't been online much, and I've been loving it!

There's also a Facebook page: Pangai Noon and there are some videos on there of what you would learn if you chose to take these classes.

You would definitely gain flexibility, self defense, and the ability to downright put a hurting (and/or kill) someone IF NEED BE.

This isn't a high flying kick fancy dancy style of martial arts, it is very relaxed and is focused on strikes and blows and having the control and knowledge to do the right things.

Hitting notify now....

My apologies!
