Posting Pics

XracerX has brought up some very good points regarding the possible consequences of posting certain pics:

http://www.tallahasseesportbikers.com/forum/index.php?topic=29.15

Anyone can come to this forum and view the posts, so cops can easily come here and see the pics. I don't want anyone to get in trouble with the law, so what do you guys think? Should we only post pics of us being on our best behavior?   :dunno:

If one wants to post of a pic of him or herself not being on best behavior, then whatever.  If anyone else is in the pic, though, it's a no-no.  Leave other people out of your foolishness.

I don't want to get anyone in trouble.  From now on, I'm only going to post legally acceptable pics. If you wanna see the good stuff, you'll have to ride with the group.  ;)

Do you mean private to members only? The problem with that is anyone can register and become a member.

Kansas City was having a horrible prob with stunting and such, so they went to extremes. Im not sure how the FL laws work, and if this is really needed. I love looking at the pics as much as the next guy. A lot of people post pics like this on every other board that I go to, and I havent really heard of it happening on a regular basis. I just wanted you guys to know that it could happen. FYI... sort of thing.

there have been cases of Law Enforcement in Leon county watching messgae boards before. mostly the musclecar boards a long time ago, but there isnt any street racing goin on anymore in that regards that it's never a problem anymore.

However, those boards now have a private section, just a "private events" SECTION, where there is only about 30 people allowed to see, that have all been vouched for.
