years ago, i lost around 80 pounds in 8 weeks. sit ups, run/sweat, and steady protein/chicken diet. I got a lot of it back (after a breakup too) though and have just recently lost about 15lbs in about 10 days working out again.

ive serriously considered trying it...I have no problem staying dedicated to it...just curious about how well it acutally works...you seeing anything yet??

Its more of a conditioning tool. Someone like me wouldn't benefit from it near as much as someone like Jay, no matter how diligent I am about it.

Supposed to be conditioning using resistance training techniques but the program can me modified to get desired results... I wanted to pack on a few extra lbs..but i don't have much time to go to the gym
